History:
In 2013, the UV's commitment to generating innovative educational programs became evident when it inaugurated the Bachelor of Chiropractic and welcomed its first generation. In the effort to create this novel promise, the Colegio de Profesionistas Científico-Chiroprácticos de México A.C. and from North Western of Health Sciences University.
This educational program is the third of its kind nationally and the first worldwide to be installed within a Faculty of Medicine.
Prerequisites to apply for this course: After finishing high school. You have to apply for a National Examn (CENEVAL). The ratings issued by CENEVAL are expressed on a special scale called “CENEVAL Index” (ICNE), where the test results are between 700 and 1300 points.
Duration of the course: 6 years, 4 years of asignatures from August to July teaching Monday-Friday in typical MEX academic calendar, 1 year of clinical practice from August to July and 1 year of Social Service from August to July teaching Monday-Friday in typical MEX academic calendar
